Don't forget to refuel your car here. They will charge a crazy high fee (36 euros, gasstation is on the other side of the road) plus the price for fuel is about 30 cents per litre higher than what you normally pay for fuel in Salzburg. Ofcourse it was my fault that i forgot to refuel the car, but these prices are just absurd in my opinion.

I was very impressed with 9 seat VW van we got. It had all the mod-coms and the desk lady was very helpful. We had to pay for a late arrival fee but that was due to our plane being an hour late. I am hoping to get that back off BA or my insurance.

Pls see the people attending you mention the problems with your car. I had a bad issue , after telling people at the desk to report of the scratch on the car they don't. ! While giving car back we made sure to see it's returned back . In the same condition .and I g t a mail for the scratch again and charging me 690 euro . After calling then from India couple of times they said it's their mistake of not informing the damage department. But as a customer I was hassled

I have to complain. Today we picked up our car from this company. Just drove about 1 km, the warning for engnine oil running out starts flashing. Because we will have a long journey, we decide to stop and ask for emergency help( the staff told us if anything wrong happened with the car during our trip we should call this number). However, after 10min waiting, we decide to drove back to the Europcar office and ask their help directly. Then one of the staffs with a very arrogant attitude told us that we shouldnot use the emergency help, because it's not emergent, and we can only use the service WHEN the car is completely broken down! Sounds like we were wasting their time. But actually, due to this dysfunction, our whole journey was delayed. We are tourists from China, we rant car and the road service from Europcar, expecting high quality traveling exprience, this staff really ruined our mood from the very begining.... so 2 star only...

BEWARE OF THIS EUROPCAR. They ruin my holiday. I rent car from europcar in all european countries without using international driving license and its okay with no hassle. They stupidly insist us to have international driving license. They said it is austrian law. We end up renting with Hertz without international driving license and its okay Dont use the europcar here.
